    Constituency Offices Consolidation

    Equip functional offices in all 7 LGAs, deploy competent staff and set up 24/7 feedback systems.

    Comprehensive Needs Assessment

    Engage community leaders, youths and women to identify priority areas in education, health and infrastructure, then publish a 100-Day Report.

    Town Hall Meetings

    Hold meetings in all LGAs, listen to concerns directly and build a shared blueprint for the future.

    Days 46 – 60

    Starter Materials Distribution

    Provide tools and starter packs to graduates of skills training programmes so they can start their own businesses.

    Launch Scholarship Program
